Jeffrey T. Walsh and Jeffrey T. Walsh & Associates, PC (the Firm) has represented clients in a great variety of matters over the last 25 years.

Attorney: Jeffrey T. Walsh has practiced in Manchester since 1989.
Jeff, a West Hartford native, graduated in 1976 from Northwest Catholic High School. Jeff graduated with honors from Stonehill College in 1980. Jeff graduated from Western New England School of Law in 1983 and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in November of that same year. Jeff was admitted to practice before the US Tax Court in 1985 and to the US District Court in 1988.
Jeff has practiced in a variety of setting since graduating law school and being admitted to practice. Jeff has practiced in the tax department of a Hartford CPA firm (Rusconi, Cahill and Larkin PC) and of a regional CPA firm (Roth, Lurie, Nobis PC ) in Albany New York. Jeff and his wife Noreen returned to Connecticut to start their family in the fall of 1987. Jeff practiced in the Norwich, Connecticut office of O’Brien Shafner Bartinik Stuart and Kelly PC until opening his law practice in Manchester in the fall of 1989. Jeff, Noreen and their three children live in New London County, Connecticut.
Jeff is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Hartford County Bar Associations, and New England Land Title Association. Jeff provides pro bono service through the Connecticut and the Hartford County Bar Association’s Legal Services Organizations . Jeff is the Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Lebanon and volunteers in many other capacities for the Town. Jeff also volunteers his time in coaching youth sports.
Jeff is an avid sports fan (Red Sox, Celtics, Redskins, Whalers). Jeff (still) plays basketball almost weekly; loves fishing, travel, comedy, reading…

Legal Assistant: Leesa M. Tyler
Leesa has been employed by the Firm since October of 2002. Leesa has direct contact with the Realtors, Buyers; Sellers; Borrowers and the attorneys/paralegals representing the other side of our transaction. In addition to typical real estate matters (purchases, sales and refinances), Leesa is adept at and responsible for our loan work-out matters, our short sale matters, and our Superior Court Committee work matters.
Leesa has a grade school age daughter. She enjoys spending quiet time at home with her family and gardening.
