Therefore, we have always protected your right to privacy. The purpose of this notice is to explain our Privacy Policy with regard to personal information about you that we obtain and how we keep that information secure.

We collect nonpublic personal information about you that is provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization or consent.

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and to comply with professional guidelines or requirements of law. Our Privacy Policy with regard to Social Security numbers in particular is as follows:

Jeffrey T. Walsh & Associates will not disclose and specifically prohibits the unlawful disclosure of clients Social Security numbers.

Jeffrey T. Walsh & Associates limits internal access to Social Security numbers to employees.

In the event documents containing client’s private information, including Social Security numbers, are discarded, Jeffrey T. Walsh & Associates, PC will take all necessary steps to prevent misuse by third parties, including but not limited to, destroying, erasing or making unreadable such private information, including Social Security numbers.

When necessary and appropriate, Jeffrey T. Walsh & Associates, PC will provide client’s private information, including Social Security numbers, to third parties – only with client’s authorization.
